Closing letters: are generated from Community One Associates. Please fax your closing requests to WINDERMERE CLOSINGS at 770.521.2146.
Amenity Cards: the amenity access cards should be given to the buyer at closing from seller. If not, the buyer or seller may purchase them from the association for $25 per card (maximum of 2 cards).
Assessment requests: should be faxed to 770.521.2146 Attn: Windermere Closing and your address.
Directional Signage for Open Houses: Is not permitted
Annual Dues: $855.00 per year Assessments are semi annual and are due on January 1st, in the amount of $427.50 and the 2nd installment of $427.50 is due on April 1st. Dues are considered late on the 10th of the month. The late fee is equal to 10% of the amount due on the account.
Inititation Fees: $750.00

Emergencies are: fire, flood, storm damage, water main break, irrigation leak, no electric in common area, no water in common area.
Common areas are considered: pool, playgrounds, tennis, Lodge, signs, irrigation in flower beds.
