Thanks to Bruce and Olga Logan, Newgate has a long standing practice of hosting a wine and cheese social in the square on the "first Thursday" around 6:30 pm of each month if weather is good. Everyone in Newgate is invited! "First Thursday" is a BYOB and snack event and normally wraps up about 8:30 p.m. or so.

Each townhome is alloted 4 parking spaces. Two are in the garage and two are in the driveway. Parking in the streets of Newgate is a violation of Newgate's Covenants and Restrictions. Violators will be warned and their vehicles will be eventually towed at the homeowner's expense. Thank you for your attention in this matter!
